Rental Rates

To secure your chosen date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event is required plus a $200.00 refundable venue damage deposit. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event date. Events booked less than 14 days before event must pay in full. (Note: when booking, please include security deposit which will be located in the add-on(s) before finalizing your booking. If security deposit is not included, your chosen date will not be reserved).

Corporate Rate:

  • Monday - Sunday: $100.00/hour (2 hour minimum)
    Additional Time: $100.00/hour
    Available for Business Meeting Only

Weekday/Weekend Rate:

  • Monday - Thursday: $100.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
    Additional Time: $100.00/hour

  • Friday - Sunday: $200.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
    Additional Time: $200.00/hour

Weekday/Weekend Rate:

  • Full Day (Weekday): $800.00 (12 hours)

  • Full Day (Weekend): $1,600.00 (12 hours)
